What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped out. 

What's the difference between Made to Order products and Already made products?

For the most part, our storefront is mostly already made products. These products are already manufactured and are currently in our house, ready to be shipped as soon as  you order. 

Fourthwall, our website provider, offers a variety of Made to Order products to put our artwork on. These have been used for items we can't necessarily afford to do large batches of, like clothing. These products are made the moment you order, and will take a longer time to produce and ship out. They are also handled by Fourthwall and NOT by us. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

For orders shipped out of our house, typically we can take up to 3-5 days to ship out an order, and then it can take roughly 3-5 days to show up at your house.

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages? 

If you have ordered both a "Made to Order" item and an already made item, your items may ship separately. 

Can you ship to my country?

We can ship to most countries. If you are unsure, feel free to shoot us an email for me to double check. 

Please understand that shipping rates will increase, and you may need to pay for custom fees. We are unable to estimate those fees for you, and you will need to contact your local office about it.

Once the order is out of our hands and in the hands of the post office, it is no longer our responsibility. 

Do you make custom art or merchandise? 

My main income actually comes from commissions, so if you'd ever like to look into making custom artwork, custom merchandise, merchandise for your brand, etc. I'm absolutely available! You can hit up my VGen or look over my website for more information! 

Can I get a refund on my donation or membership? 

Donations are non-refundable and that is agreed upon once the transaction is finished. I am an independant artist and refunding you is actively taking away my support.

Please make sure you are absolutely certain about purchasing my merchandise, memberships, or donating to me before proceeding.

My order has arrived damaged!

Please refer below for the return/refund policy. 

My order hasn't shown up at all!

Each order comes with a provided tracking number. Once that tracking number has been given to you and it has been given to the post office, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility. Please make sure to keep an eye on that tracking number, and check all possibilities of where it could be. If it's still not found, contact your local post office that shipped the order. They should either be able to refund you the money you spent, or find the package for you.

Sometimes if an address is put in incorrectly, or if the post office messes up, there's a possibility it will get sent back to me. This should be reflected on the tracking. If so, I can always ship it back out once it has arrived at my address and I have double checked that the address is correct.

Returns

We here at Befish's Pop Up Shop want to make sure that you are happy with your order! If there are quality issues with your order, we'll be happy to work with you on fixing them! 

There are two types of items in the shop; items that are produced and shipped out by myself, Befish, here at home, and items that have been made to order and shipped out through our provider, FourthWall.

When contacting us, please check the listing of your item to see which support email you need to refer to.

If you can't find that information, feel free to contact either one! You'll be redirected to the correct one if you need to be.

When emailing either email, please make sure to provide your name, order number and a clear photo with a flat, non-distracting background, in a well lit environment so we can properly assess the damage. 

For items shipped out of my home, I will happily replace or refund any orders that arrive damaged. 

Fourthwall may vary on their handling of returns and refunds regarding their products. In general if the item is damaged, they are most likely willing to help you out.

I, Befish, do not have any power in regards to Fourthwall's Made to Order products.

While we will try our hardest to make every customer happy, please understand that we have the right to reject any refund or return requests.
